SALON POLICY.
Luxury nails & Beauty spa has the right to refuse service if.
1) Missed a scheduled appointment by 10 minutes or more.
2) Being rude and disrespectful to any employee or other customer.
3) You have any nail condition such as an open wound on the treatment area.

Luxury nails & beauty spa's policy also states that.
1) No refunds will be given after it has been rendered, please make sure you are satisfied with the service before leaving.
2) Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable at any time.
3) We are not responsible for any lost or damaged property.
4) Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
5) Any of our diabetic clients are recommended to let us know beforehand of any service we may perform.
6) Any sort of peeling of shellac is guaranteed free of charge for 4 business days.
